Pros

You can have a fun time here.

Cons

Formstack HR repeatedly asked employees to leave 5 star reviews on this website. It is one of the things you are asked to do in your onboarding! So shady

Thank you for leaving your honest and transparent feedback. While we are certainly bummed you had a negative experience here, this is a perfect example of us encouraging our employees to leave their honest and true feedback. At no time have we ever asked someone to leave anything other than their exact feelings of Formstack at any tenure of time with us. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Cannot think of one pro other than the people outside of the C suite that you get to work with. But they are all leaving any way so....

Cons

Where to begin: - Don't come here as a seller, you won't hit quota and will be underpaid. They show you a high OTE before you start to bait you in, then you only earn about 50% of your commission because the quotas are so misaligned. - Not really sure what the C Suite is doing at this point. A product they have heavily invested in does not work and only creates more chaos for customers. Recently the CEO's friend who has never done sales before was hired as an enterprise seller, not really sure what is going on there. - Management doesn't care, half the time they are on their phones during an org meeting or QBRs (true story) - Products don't work. They don't even use their products in their day to day operations
