Pros

-Had an amazing team and great colaboration on the IC level. (This has turned into a con as a lot of the great team members have all left or been fired) -Remote to flexible hybrid structure -Actually great benefits

Cons

Came on toward the end of 2025 and immediatly was thrown into a massive reorg. New leaders and their changes lead to middle management quiting, team members quiting, and also saw these policies lay off/fire multiple other employees. Massive changes were made without coonsulting or discussing the needs of the teams they affected leading to no resources or help being available during the transition. This left multiple teams in limbo without any help. Leadership said they would do X and then nothing would happen until we inundated them with questions and sent other departments to them for things we had no answers to. Even then, vague promises were made with no solution in sight. Fired great employees for not being able to keep up with the unrealistic changes they made and when they gave them no support to do hanlde them. Changed team members roles without any discussion. Some were technically demoted and some "promoted." However when the conversation came up to pay according to the new role (match going market rates) leadership and HR chose to lie and gaslight that the scope change wasn't really a change. Further requests were met with literal eye roles in front of others and a hard shut down of the "rediculous ask." No support or ongoing developement of their core products to push a new proudct that does not fit most cusotmers needs/budgets. Not a great customer experience.

Pros

Cannot think of one pro other than the people outside of the C suite that you get to work with. But they are all leaving any way so....

Cons

Where to begin: - Don't come here as a seller, you won't hit quota and will be underpaid. They show you a high OTE before you start to bait you in, then you only earn about 50% of your commission because the quotas are so misaligned. - Not really sure what the C Suite is doing at this point. A product they have heavily invested in does not work and only creates more chaos for customers. Recently the CEO's friend who has never done sales before was hired as an enterprise seller, not really sure what is going on there. - Management doesn't care, half the time they are on their phones during an org meeting or QBRs (true story) - Products don't work. They don't even use their products in their day to day operations
