There are also opportunities to learn and develop skills, and the flexible work setup, depending on role and project, helps with managing personal time.

During downtimes, work assignments are sometimes unclear or delayed. Team members may be available but end up waiting for tasks due to project or client delays. This can lead to idle time and uncertainty, even when people are willing to take on more work.

I have been with Intelassist for over a year, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey.
