Pros

Training, personal career development (but you OWN this entirely), diverse opportunities, VERY fast paced environment. Compensation outside of base pay is great. Many crazy smart people to work with.

Cons

Work/life can suffer due to heavy focus on very demanding expectations. Lack of active mentoring for junior employees or those struggling. Base pay is tied to "industry average" instead of meritocracy. Work place competition can border on predatory.
