Pros
There are some really good people on the team, pay is ok, the team is very knowledgeable.
Cons
At the same time there are really difficult people to work with, not a lot but a few. The work/life balance wasn't great sure and the pay wasn't the best but that's just the industry itself, the real con here were the people to work with. The overall atmosphere felt very juvenile and childish, at times I felt like I wasn't part of their click which made me feel like I was back in high school. Very unprofessional. Communication is not a strong suite with anyone from this company either. After talking with many other staffing agencies and structured cabling companies, it is obvious that IES is difficult to work with and many companies refuse to work with them.
