      Pros

      Access to all the resources of a large agency, with the perks of working in a smaller team - we have an amazing team here at the moment, which I love working with.

      Cons

      Global red-tape, sometimes overly process driven to the point of being counterproductive. HR could do with a re-vamp - no measures in place for performance check-in's, KPI's or reviews.
