Pros

Nothing that comes to my mind. Authoritative, better avoid this company

Cons

Small setup, no processes, small clients, very few executions but high ego.

Pros

I started my career at Intequant and worked with them for tad over 2 years. The place provides excellent learning opportunity and the work is challenging. I worked extensively both on Debt and Equity deals and enjoyed my stint with them. Small team size promotes individuals to take up more responsibility which the Management obliges too but obviously it is completely performance driven. I read some of the reviews which prompted me to give my feedback here (Pl note: I wanted to start my own business which is why I quit my Job, so decision was not influenced by Management or work quality). Talks about ill treatment, less number of leaves for lower positions, authoritative environment; hifi position are all rubbish and looks to me a case of sour grapes. I am not the right person to comment for Senior level positions but would recommend anyone looking to build a career in IB to consider working with this Company as a very good opportunity.

Cons

Not really a con but work pressure is high most of the time which you expect if you wish to work in IB field.

Pros

Nothing I could think off. It more of non process driven organization in short with full ambiguity.

Cons

Mismanaged; Frequently floating openings as the organization is not stable and people don't stay for long. Reason plenty : 1) Not treating employees well. 2) Different policies for different level of employees. You get less number of paid leaves then analyst positions if you get hired for a higher position. 3) Small firm finding it difficult to grow. Team size is stagnant (6-7 people including owners since 2011). Meanwhile competing firms have grown in size. 4) Lack of business. 5) Enticing destinations but same work. Can keep in writing but these are more then enough for a smart candidate to ponder before deciding his career move.
