Manager has no management or current position experience. Without these skills how can this happen?? Unfortunately it puts the staff in an awkward, stressful and helpless situation. Because of this lack of knowledge managing by intimidation is the result. Manager needs to respect female staff, their personal space, no rude comments and drop the sarcasm.
