      Pros

      There are lots of things to learn. The business domain is interesting. The salary is OK compared to local competitors.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. Senior managers are saying things aren't going as planned financially, but there is nothing to worry about because the our department is on a growth track. Then they suddenly just start letting folks go without even a heads-up two weeks later.
