Pros
Amazing benefits, super-smart co-workers, and a solid product with engaged users. It's a neat feeling to walk into a coffee shop and see Canvas on students' laptops. There's also a palpable sense of security that comes from working for a growing, financially healthy company. I'm a remote employee, and I've been impressed by the remote-friendly culture (BlueJeans for video calls, office stipend/weekly meal allowance).
Cons
Instructure has gone public and more than doubled in size and geographic reach since I joined. The culture has inevitably shifted to become more professional and somewhat less personal.
