      Pros

      * Exciting scale * Remote friendly * Talented Engineers

      Cons

      After numerous sales/buyouts/IPO/take private events it has lost all talent and direction. Virtually no one in leadership has a history with the company and it's core products. Lot's of cronyism with virtually all leadership were replaced by friends and former colleges. Jobs are being sent over seas and long time dedicated engineers are laid off. Routinely terrible engagement score that are ignored by leadership.
