Pros
None come to mind. It was a paycheck. Ummm...you could park close to the building. When the ceilings leaked, they put garbage cans out to catch the water.
Cons
Too many to list. Small company controlled by a few cliques. If you are in one of the cliques, you are untouchable, and unaccountable. HR knows this and warns management, but upper management is also involved, so it continues. If not, watch out. A lot of backstabbing. No training. If you are on one team you can walk around and talk about hockey and golf all day, then go on breaks. Some teams work from home most of the time, while others teams are not allowed to. Were promised bonuses in the hiring processes, but never saw or heard of a bonus while I worked there.
