Not a lot of groundbreaking work is being done here. If you're looking to stretch your mental muscles and create things that would wow you, this isn't the right place for you. It's not a place where experimentation is appreciated, it gives off a "break and pay" kind of vibe. Pre-merger cliques still exist and are waxing strong so watch what you say to any member of your team or manager because it probably would be used against you. If you get an offer here - be careful, don't step on any toes, go with the existing flow and stick to the "grandpa" pace
