      Work as much as you want Create your own schedule

      Cons

      Pay sucks it’s at $4 min per batch not order and you rely on customer tips Tech support isn’t the greatest Work hours and not see any batches or get batches that double high units long distance

      Pros

      When I was there the culture was pretty good and they were an all remote company. Fidji Simo as CEO was also a big improvement over the prior one.

      Cons

      High turnover. Many executives left (including Fidji). Stock price has flat-lined. Difficult business. Customer backlash over hidden and excessive fees.
