      Pros

      You get to pick your own time slot that you can work.

      Cons

      Communication with supervisors or "dispatch" was mediocre, to say the least. I always had this underlying suspicion that because I had a couple issues in the span of 2 months, they were definitely issuing orders to certain people.

      Pros

      When I was there the culture was pretty good and they were an all remote company. Fidji Simo as CEO was also a big improvement over the prior one.

      Cons

      High turnover. Many executives left (including Fidji). Stock price has flat-lined. Difficult business. Customer backlash over hidden and excessive fees.
