In terms of professional progression, I'm not sure when you were working with us, however we are keen to support professional development and we encourage all team members to discuss their career aspirations and agree plans to achieve them, as part of their monthly check-ins with their line managers. In 2023, we have supported a number of people as they have undertaken a variety of professional qualifications and we saw 12% of the team achieve a promotion. We have endeavored to develop what we hope is a consistent and informative Onboarding process, and one which is available to those joining us remotely or locally. We have broken the Induction training up into bite-sized pieces so we are sorry to hear that you have found the training to be long. Happy to take this on board.
