I am really pleased to hear that you worked with some great people during your time with us; we love to hear of teams working so well together! I am sorry to hear that you did not feel much of the support that was available from teams elsewhere. We worked hard, from an HR/Onboarding perspective, to ensure that all new employees had a consistent onboarding experience, with plenty of initial time with and support from our team, to ensure that everyone felt welcome upon joining us and so that they knew who they could reach out to, across multiple teams, should they need anything, whether that was from a technical perspective or with regards to general every day bits and pieces. I am aware that various members of our technical teams from the UK spent time (often months at a time) onsite, sharing knowledge/experiences and getting to know everyone too, so I am sorry to hear that you did not feel supported from our UK office.
