When we were independent contractors for our school system we got paid more money. The cut that Insight gets used to go to the teacher's retirement fund. If you have a problem good luck trying to get them to resolve it. Their phones are always set to voicemail. If you leave a message they never answer back. The pay is horrible and if there is a mistake you can't get someone to help. They deduct money for what ever they make up. They never have enough teaching jobs available in my district. The only jobs they post are para jobs. I have been reaching out to them for several weeks and still no one returns my calls. I don't even know if my paychecks are completely correct. I hope you are not hungry, or have rent to pay, or even have to put gas in your car, because Insight does not come through with their promises to pay for the work you did. I will have to make time to show up in person to make sure I am getting paid properly.
