      Pros

      The travel is fun because you can connect with teammates outside of collaboration software but, beware you will get denied travel more often then you are allowed.

      Cons

      No clear path of progression, leadership really doesn't care about the development of their employees. They preach Insight culture but either never respond to emails or takes a day to get back to you.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
