      Pros

      Longevity with leadership. Most of the market leaders have been with Insight for 15+ years. Good vision on where the company is going to go.

      Cons

      Not always a clear directive for sales. Being an overlay at this company is very difficult. Always asked to bring your value, all while hitting your quota quarter after quarter. Need to teach mid level managers how to be leaders instead of managers.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
