      Socially Thoughtful Company, Siloed Internally - Compliance Specialist Insight Employee Review

      Pros

      Socially conscious overall. Offers great employee groups and has a diverse workforce. The company really thinks strategically about what can be done before doing layoffs. Great head of HR. International company.

      Cons

      Pay has not kept up with the market in Phoenix. Internally siloed- It can be very difficult to find who to go to for a work related problem that you haven't faced before. I have heard of complications with getting things done in one-on-one interactions with HR (with things like parental leave).

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
