      Pros

      Great learning place, few great managers to work with, amazing companies support such as Microsoft, HP, VM

      Cons

      lots of bad management, lots of changes that always slow down momentum, lots of negativity in the environment, cutting down commission percentage, work system disorganization. But the pressure to work is ok. Last but not least, managers and vp favor sales people, other get screwed around

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
