      Pros

      Co-workers really strive to do their best to meet company objectives. Accommodating work/life situations Company functions to encourage team building across teams.

      Cons

      Communication could be better across team. Minimal growth opportunities. Managements favors male workers and it is discouraging female co-workers and causing a demeaning environment. HR recruiters do not followup on internal candidate applications.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
