      Pros

      Company has great partnerships and opportunities to work with the cutting edge technologies and skilled staff. Plenty of opportunity to grow in your technical field.

      Cons

      I.T. Management has difficulty casting a vision to those they manage in the I.T. Department. Management is somewhat disconnected with those they manage. Teammates often do not work well together, and sometimes make false reports about those they work with (typically the junior employees speaking poorly about the veterans)

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
