- Remote first workplace. - Great co-workers (for the most part). - Mission driven. - Supportive and effective crisis support team.
Cons
- Management varies wildly depending on what team you are a part of. - Some teams are overstaffed, while others are understaffed. - You are asked your coaching preference via a survey, but it doesn't always feel like it's taken into consideration. Moving teams can be jarring and there is significant inequity in resources across teams. - Little to no potential for role growth. - Poor pay and mediocre benefits - Out of touch leadership team with underwhelming communication skills
