Pros

Great mission. The people that work there are great. Opportunity to flexible schedules, and great onboarding and on going trainings.

Cons

No growth opportunities, low pay, nothing to work towards. Benefits are not great. And, it doesn’t seem like they are working towards trying to make these things better. Our competitors are offering better benefits than us, we can do better.

Pros

Working at InsideTrack started off positively. The remote work setup was a major plus, and I was fortunate to be part of a supportive and inclusive team. I also enjoyed engaging with students across various partnerships. When we were available to connect, the conversations were meaningful and rewarding

Cons

Opportunities for growth at InsideTrack are limited. Employees are required to be with the company for at least 18 months before being considered for a promotion. A detailed tracking system was implemented to monitor daily activities, and an hourly metrics dashboard in Salesforce adds another layer of oversight. The environment increasingly resembles a call center, which can be especially taxing for Coaches, particularly during high volume call weeks. While the experience may differ for those in management, the day to day demands on Coaches can be quite draining.
