      Pros

      Its a nice company to work. The teams are closely knit and work well together. The CEO is friendly and helpful. A lot of learning opportunities in the organisation if you are open to learning. Potential is more important than experience which is a big plus here. Flexible working atmosphere and simple HR policies and processes. In all am happy working here.

      Nothing major other than small project related issues which happen in every company.
