Pros
The benefits are very comprehensive and there are several locations within the organization where you can change career focus within the company and stay in the N. Virginia area.
Cons
Because of the layered structure of the organization, it often takes the executive leadership too long to identify management problems at the mid-level. Too often when a tactical level employee has a valid concern that their direct manager dismisses, the problem has to become much larger before it is address. That means there are various teams at throughout the organization that must tolerate poor mid-level managers while the executive team in not accessible and therefore unaware of the problems.
