Pros
ISE is a great place to work because you are challenged everyday, you are just as important to the company as the CEO, and you are working with some very smart and driven individuals. We don't have to worry about the bureaucracy of management to get in the way of getting work done. The teams are given a lot of trust and control of what they do. The people drive this company, and it's easy to see that after a short time. No one cares about titles at ISE, so people listen to and value each other as people rather than for the type of work they do. A few other things: - Ping pong table - Catered monthly company meetings - Regular grill outs/ bags events - Fun committee that plans fun activities for the company
Cons
It's tough to think of much - we don't really have much cool stuff to hand out at career fairs and sometimes different teams don't interact very often.
