      Pros

      Smaller than some the larger staffing agencies so individual document review has access to the principals of the company. There's not a day that goes by when the VP of operations does not stop by to chat with the group. Very open door friendly.

      Cons

      They don't seem to get as many document review projects as the agencies located within the District of Columbia, so rolling over from one project to another is impractical.

      Excellent communication from management, transparency, flexible work hours and projects, a respectful work environment

      Cons

      Like all document review projects, there is some uncertainty. However, ID does a great job of communicating and does their best to mitigate sudden changes.
