Pros
It really is about the people. Have met some really great, genuine coworkers here who have become friends. If you end up on a good team with a good manager, you can be trusted to do your work and no questions asked if you deliver positive results. The new Irvine office is much more updated and cleaner than the Santa Ana office.
Cons
Be prepared for constant change, reorgs, consolidation, etc. You have to be very adaptable to work at Ingram because things change about every 6 months. Middle managers are not the most equipped to manage a full staff. There is little formal training procedures in place - new associates get thrown in and will have to learn quickly on their own.
