Pros

A good place to work straight out of college, decent work life balance, and friendly people. There are Career opportunities after 1 year.

Cons

The company structure is simply unstable. I was hired onto a team where 5 out of 7 members left the company. I went from training and shadowing into my vendors lead contact within three weeks. Around my 6th week my manager hired 3 new associates. It was my vendors end of quarter so juggling work while 3 new hires shadowed me was very stressful. Take this with a grain of salt. My friend was hired at the same time but he was placed on a different team. We would chat every lunch about our day, and he pretty much did nothing and he got transfer into a higher ranked position after 4 months. (he did get paid the same amount but his title change does allow for better opportunities after 1 year) Overall, everything is very team dependent. If you are placed on a good vendor you will be getting free lunches / vendor clothing / spiffs etc. but if you are placed on a bad team you will work twice a hard and get rewarded with nothing.

Cons

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
