Great perks, such as food provided daily, the ability to win awesome contests, consistent M-F schedule.
Cons
Perks are provided by vendor sponsors, if they bow out, then the company gives you nothing. Relatively low pay. Little upward mobility, very much a boys club. No consistency on how employees are treated. Multiple layoffs a year.
