      Pros

      Hours are pretty good. People are pretty nice. Growth largely depends on which group you are with. Would say slow upward opps once you get to Director level.

      Cons

      Folks mostly stay within their own departments. Senior manage seem out of touch with most the associates. Not very accessible. Lots of outside hires.
