Pros

There are some ok folks, pay, benefits, office is nice and training is great as well.

Cons

Where do I start….there are some people who will say jump and management will say how high.?…sr folks who have been there for 20 years, will micromanage you to death…every email is scrutinized because they want it to be the way they send emails…but eventually the message comes across to your resellers..? Why so much issues. Then if you have a couple of mistakes well u have non managers that are micromanagers then you are screwed because they will just keep going to your manager and tell them about every wrong or error that you have done…managers will not believe or care what you say because well they only trust a couple of the brown nosers, it feels like everyday you are doing something wrong, your brownnose peers will just keep calling you out each time…no team work, they don’t solve things between peers..if you BS and not tell the truth even if u messed up a little, then you are good because it is hidden. If your honest then you just dug your own grave….very toxic environment within retail….they will keep preaching Retail is Detail, employees do not matter….all smoke and mirrors when you are first hired

Cons

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
