Can be good fun and dependant on the role you will have quite a bit of freedom to organize your sales strategy as you see fit. Always lots of orders being processed.
Cons
Political in-fighting. Compensation rates for most roles is poor. Leadership varies from the inspiring to the de-motivating. Regular changes of strategic direction.
