Pros
The have great technology in their warehouses. And some really great people.
Cons
Don't expect fairness in IT for women - the boys want to run this show. So we will let them - there are fairer places to work. I have seen some IT leadership are gone now so maybe it has gotten better. I saw IT project managers that couldn't even manage their own schedule retained, while women that had accomplished great things get laid off.
