Pros

PROS Stable company where long-term employment is possible. Clear processes and structured tasks, especially in QA, order scrubbing, certification checks, and reporting. Exposure to multiple business units, certifications, and issue handling, which builds strong transferable experience. Opportunities to learn different systems and tasks including order validation, compliance checks, quality audits, reporting, and communication with partners. Generally good relationships with coworkers, with most issues stemming from management rather than teammates.

Cons

Unwanted and forced transfers to different teams that do not match your skills or career path. Feeling demoted after being moved from QA to an associate-level role you did not apply for. Loss of night differential pay after being moved to day shift, affecting your income. Internal politics High expectation for accuracy but low recognition or appreciation. Emotional toll from feeling pushed out, undervalued, and unsupported despite years of service.

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
