      Pros

      Management is pretty relaxed. If you need assistance with something, they will help, but you have to ask.

      Cons

      Ingerman is actually a pretty cool place to work. You have to find your own fit here. If you are not self motivated with training and learning you will fail. Also, lots of paperwork. Pay is "fair" but not as much as other companies doing the same work. Overall I enjoy my job.

      Nothing happened nothing positive to say except Mat a couple really good people

      Cons

      Poor property management filling out a place feeling like my nationality my skin color since day one was why I was always disrespected, pushed aside overlooked
