Pros

If you do your job well, they take good care of you. The company is not a stuffy corporate-type place to work, which makes it easier to come in every morning. It's not a typical office setting (jeans, sneakers, people laughing etc). The company is growing quickly which means we'll all have jobs in five years if we stay.

Cons

In the corporate office, there's not much room for upward mobility in most departments. The rapid growth (which isn't a bad thing in and of itself) causes unhealthy stress for everyone because the staff isn't growing quickly enough to accommodate.

Pros

Ingerman is breath of fresh air. Work/life balance is very good, excellent benefits package, most people even get iphones. If you have something to say to upper management, they will hear you out and voice your concerns. They are easy to talk to and you don't feel like you are with a stuck up suit and tie corporate company. There business is doing very well and growing, so your job security is high as long as you do you job at a high level.

Cons

Every company has some, and Ingerman is trying to improve on theirs

Pros

I work in the corporate office. Morale is good, company encourages work-life balance, flex-time, gets staff lunch frequently, upper management is responsive to issues and very hands-on environment. Lots of transparency, communication is pretty good but could be improved across departments. New ideas are encouraged as is a sense of humor. Overall it's been a positive experience.

Cons

Typical growing pains for a company that's expanding quickly in a short period of time. Turnover has been higher recently. There's a need for more training, resources and structure across the property site staff. Staff runs lean, many wear multiple hats. Compensation could be more fair for employees in high pressure/demanding positions.
