If you dont want to do much or learn much and work for irrational and vision lacking leadership team as yes men, go ahead.
Cons
Worst HR, with no understanding beyond rules set in 1800s, and never updated. They will be rude to you and will never help with anything from basic emp letter, benefits update to employment terms negotiations.
Leadership relied on their tenure extension from political leaders, and agreed with their irrational decision without a vision of how to run an organization based on trust building with employees.
All they do is outsource and hire expensive external advisors, as they have no expertise beyond that in house, wasting tax money and getting no project delivery on time.
There are no employment protections as well like OPS, if you are in for just that.
Employees have no trust in leadership at any level.
