Pros

Initially made a few good friends who were bright, hard-working, and engaging, but the company ran all of them off, and the ones who remained who I thought were still my friends wound up back-stabbing and betraying me.

Cons

Simply not enough characters to describe the many horrors experienced my last few months there. Overbearing, uncaring, and completely misguided (and stubborn) senior management in London. Promises regarding promotion and career advancement were broken. My salary was held stagnant and bonus cut sharply despite me being asked to do considerably more work and me bringing on additional clients through sales and outstanding analytic work and customer service. Witnessed local (Memphis) management and acolytes become extremely disconnected from reality, resort to constant lying and spin, and display outright corruption in some cases. Some employees were not only treated poorly just in terms of workload, pay, and "normal" business activities; they were also bullied, intimidated, and emotionally abused. I know for a fact of one employee that departed the company of his own volition, and members of the local (Memphis) management and sales teams spread malicious rumors about this person to clients that he had been fired for viewing inappropriate content on his work computer (a completely fabricated claim) simply as a revenge tactic to damage this person's career and professional opportunities. Daily behavior by several in the company ranged from merely awful and/or petty to downright evil sometimes.

Pros

Decent benefits, nice co-workers, some international travel, and modern offices. I loved having unlimited sick time but never abused it.

Cons

This is thoroughly a British company. All key leadership is in the U.K., and they rarely visit American offices. This company is notoriously cheap and cost cutting always wins the day. All U.S. offices are simple satellites to the U.K. corporate offices. Let’s be real, if you are a U.S. employee, don’t expect to be paid well, don’t expect a decent raise, don’t expect development nor advancement, and do not expect the C-suite or division leaders to listen nor care. You are a cog in a machine which is designed to facilitate the offering of low quality information products and services to the U.S. market as a way to soak up as much public and private dollars as possible.
