      Get to travel, and stay in okay-ish hotels

      Cons

      Worked in the Real Estate Forums. The Manager is a piece of work. Promoted within and has the Director eating out of hands. She will over work you, not care about your well being, and expect you to tell her about all the things your co-workers are doing. She's in Calgary, so its all word of mouth.

      Flexible. Nice office. Good people. Headquarters in the UK, but they are great with US based employees.

      Not unlimited PTO. Things slip through cracks because the company is huge

      Hybrid policy, huge company with internal room to move roles, benefits like 401k/PTO/Pension, light work culture

      True corporate structure where it takes time to get approved for anything, management doesnt listen to their team
