- Good Work-Life balance: 5 days a week, overtime (with no extra pay) appreciated but not enforced - Company Encourages Soft and Hard skill development - Healthy company culture and environment - Good starting place for freshers, decent stopgap for experienced devs

- Pay below industry standard in atleast half the positions - Contrary to company claims, very few clients and project prospects - In-house product development projects lack expertise and/or long-term vision
