Pros

There are some incredibly talented colleagues, which is a bright spot. However, even they are gradually leaving Infobip. What’s left are mostly those who excel at sucking up to management rather than delivering results. The company has potential clients, but even they’re drifting away due to poor support, and new customers are few and far between.

Cons

Don’t join Infobip if you’re someone who wants to focus on work and isn’t good at flattering leadership. The company has a lot of senior managers who don’t do much beyond pretending to be busy. There’s a clear divide here: very few people actually do the real work, while many just talk a big game. Benefits have been steadily cut year after year, and don’t expect salary increases—only empty promises.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experiences at Infobip. We are proud of all our talented employees and are actively working on setting up internal programs such the Grow from within - Internal mobility initiative with the main goal of employee retention, growth and career advancement within the company. Additionally, to support and increase long-term satisfaction we conduct employee engagement surveys and use the results as a tool to implement positive changes. We are deeply concerned by your mention of employee harassment. This is unacceptable, as a safe and respectful workplace for all Infobip employees is our priority. Which is why we already have established the Speak up platform for raising awareness and reporting of unacceptable – discriminatory and harassment behavior in the workplace. Once again, we value your input and are dedicated to making the necessary improvements. We wish you all the luck and success in your future career endeavors.

We are proud of the inclusive, diverse, collaborative environment that we have built and continue to nurture across all the regions and countries we work in. In terms of your feedback on remote work, flexibility is a key part of our approach and we have several types of work models designed to meet both employees and business needs, while keeping productivity and efficiency on a high level and getting the work done. Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
