Pros

Fun coworkers. Free meals and one hour long breaks.

Cons

After working for them for months and getting praised for my work, they fired me the moment i stopped being a student because "expected me to become a mid". Not sure why they expected me to become a mid in 6 months.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
