Thank you for taking the time for your review and feedback. As you know, we grew with enormous speed and are still defining operational part of our work. It is a challenge due to our fast paced industry which demands flexibility and our "start up" spirit which we don't want to lose. However, we recognized the need for working on that field and have implemented and working on implementation of several projects dealing with internal tools, communication and establishing procedures. We have consultations with external partners several times per year to help us establish these processes.
