      Pros

      A company that purely works on ethics and is driven by innovation. The culture of this company is rich and there is a lot of simplicity amidst people. Over the last 3 years the growth story has been phenomenal when it comes to developing products, markets and people skills. The leadership of our India MD is exemplary - driven by empathy towards people and a continuous growth mindset. It’s a privilege to have Infobip on your CV.

      Cons

      The hiring strategy has been flawed. Over the last 3 years a lot of people have been hired from the wrong places in senior positions. These people did inculcate toxicity within the culture and spoilt the region’s P&L. The company took too much time to clean up the system of such people.

      Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
