Pros

-interesting combination of IT and Telecom Industry -International working environment -great company to start your career -good working conditions (office equipment)

Cons

-avoid sales department if you are senior (any country), if you do not have experience, than go for it - at least to have it in your CV -no clear career growth or promotion path in general (especially sales dept) -rather employ someone from "outside" than promote hard working people with many years of experience in the company and Industry -too many changes! The only constant in Infobip is change -HR department completely changed 3 times in last 5 years - cannot depend on them -if someone from high management perceive you as not suitable to advance - you will not advance for sure -lack of serious and long-term strategy, "one strategy for all regions" is not applicable due to too many different factors -KPIs change a lot -went from a start-up mentality to soul-less Corporation mind-set over night

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
