Pros

A promising environment for yes-men and final-year students.

Cons

Five tips for newcomers: 1. Don’t dare to disagree or even question a decision of the management because you will be seen as the complainer. A rotten apple spoils the barrel, which is enough to get fired at Infobip. Therefore, keep smiling (and not thinking). 2. What if you realize that endless brainstorming sessions during countless meetings harm your productivity? Don’t worry, the strategy will change as soon as someone from the board gets inspired by a new business podcast or bestseller. So keep smiling.
 3. If you ask for a promotion or a change in responsibilities, don’t be surprised if you are denied it due to nepotism, favouritism, and preferential treatment of yes-men (and women). Move on and don’t forget to smile.
 4. Your health is being damaged due to stress and/or unpaid overtime? Don’t spread negativity, keep smiling.
 5. When you decide to look for a new job keep your mouth shut. If they find it out, you will get fired immediately. Therefore, smile! But why?
If you don’t smile, you will get fired because you’re not a culture fit.

Pros

Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

Cons

Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
